Stay connected to the market, wherever you are

Mobile phones are great for keeping in touch with the latest information, but when there’s a lot of data to look at, a small screen can be a drawback. For financial queries, where you might want to see stock quotes, the latest news, a market overview or portfolio details, we’ve just launched a new approach in Google search.
To try it out, go to google.com on your iPhone or Android-powered device (2.1 or later) and search for your favourite stock ticker symbol.
The first thing you’ll see is an interactive graph shown on a card - you can switch views to different date ranges by tapping on the buttons below the graph.
Swipe again for a market overview, and if you’re logged in to your Google account and have created a Google Finance portfolio, a further swipe will show a summary of your stock portfolio. Give it a try on your mobile device now to see how it works.
This feature is available in English with support for more languages coming soon. We hope you enjoy it and find it useful.

Doesn't work for me. The search only opens the browser with a google search. Android 2.2 on Desire HD.

This sounds nice but I feel there are more basic problems in this area
The Android finance app only works for the U.S. markets, so the rest of the world can't use it.
The portfolios page of finance mobile site is completely broken and has been for quite a while. I can't submit a support request because finance is not one of the supported service on Google Apps for Business.
The net result is that users on our domain have no way to look at their portfolios on their phones.

You guys should implement this in the Google Finance App as well. It is seriously lacking in features. I like this set-up because it can be integrated with Android Honeycomb's fragments. Look forward to seeing these features in the mobile app.

As long as Google Finance does not support the "International Securities Identification Number (ISIN)" it remains useless for 95% of the world.

This doesn't appear to work for me at all. Am I missing something? I'm using a T-Mobile/HTC G2.
